Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a refund, you can contact us at info@planningismytherapy.com. If your refund is accepted, we will apply it back using the method of purchase you used.  For example, if you used a credit card to purchase, the refund will be applied to that same credit card.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, please purchase the correct item and then contact us at info@planningismytherapy.com for a refund on the wrong item.
