Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. It does not include the time your package spends traveling to you.

Shipping rates and free shipping

We offer free shipping on purchases of $50 or more. For orders below $50, shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Our estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your destination and shipping method.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, and other disruptions may affect when your package arrives. Please allow time for both order processing and shipping when planning a gift or purchasing for a special occasion.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

If your package has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.

Shipping address changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, including any apartment or suite number.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the address once your order has shipped.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check around your delivery location and with household members or your building’s office, then contact us if you still need help.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.
